Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using BreadSaver (“the App”, “Service”) operated by Eutopian Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By accessing or using BreadSaver, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
BreadSaver is a personal budgeting and financial management application that allows users to track income, expenses, savings goals, and scheduled transactions. The App is available on Android and iOS platforms.
We offer a Free plan with limited features and a Pro plan with full access to all features, available via monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly recurring basis. On iOS, billing is handled by Apple (StoreKit); on Android, billing is handled by Google Play; if you subscribe through our website, billing is handled by Paystack. All prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
We may offer free trials at our discretion. At the end of a trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel auto-renewal through your platform’s subscription management (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or the Google Play app) — we cannot cancel these subscriptions on your behalf. If you subscribed through our website (Paystack), you may cancel from within the App.
Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are handled in accordance with the refund policies of that platform. We do not process refunds for platform-billed subscriptions directly. For subscriptions purchased through our website (Paystack) or for issues not covered by platform policies, contact us at dev@eutopiantech.com.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

BreadSaver is a budgeting tool — it does not connect to your bank accounts, execute financial transactions, or provide financial advice. All data entered into the App is entered manually by you.
We are not a financial institution, investment advisor, or credit reporting agency. Information displayed in the App reflects only what you have manually entered and should not be relied upon for investment, tax, or legal decisions. Always consult a qualified financial professional for financial advice.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software within the App are the property of Eutopian Technologies or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
Your financial data entered into the App is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure). You retain full ownership of your data. We do not sell your personal financial data to third parties.

You may request an export of all your data at any time through the App’s settings. We will generate a machine-readable export file, which is automatically deleted 24 hours after creation.
You may delete your account at any time through the App. Deletion is processed immediately: your personal data and budget records are permanently removed from our servers as part of that request. If you have an active subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel it through that platform first — we cannot cancel platform-billed subscriptions on your behalf.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EUTOPIAN TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eutopian Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
