Username – used to identify users within the POS system.
Profile picture – optional, used for personalization.

These details are required for core app functionality.

Enable user identification within the POS system.
Allow users to edit and manage their profiles.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

All user data is stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel. We use industry-standard encryption and authentication mechanisms to protect data in transit and at rest.

4. User Rights

Users can:

Edit or update their account information directly within the app.
Delete their account from within the app by navigating to Settings → Delete Account.

When a user chooses to delete their account, all associated personal data (including email, username, and profile picture) is permanently removed from our systems. Since this system is designed for internal business use, general external data access or portability requests are not supported.

5. Data Retention

User data is retained only for as long as necessary for system operations. Deleted accounts and their associated data are permanently removed from our systems.

6. Third-Party Services

The app currently does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or payment services. Future updates may include payment integrations, in which case this policy will be updated accordingly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in this document, and the updated date will be revised above.
